    The San Diego County Library App! The wait is over, now you can check on your library account on your iPhone, see if you have books on hold waiting for pickup, search for books and request them. The SDCL app allows multiple accounts so you can track your kids/spouse accounts to remind them of overdue books.

  • Branches

    Locate any of the 33 Branch locations. Look up the address, map it, call the main phone number, and look at the hours the branch is open.

  • Search

    Search the entire county library catalog, get details about any of the search results, and request any result (request to put in on the hold shelf at your local branch).

  • Checkouts

    View the list of books that you have currently checked out of the library. See when they are due, look at details for a single book in the list and choose to renew it, or renew all the books.

  • User Accounts

    Allows multiple accounts to keep a watch on overdue books from your kids accounts, etc.

  • Requests

    See what's on the hold shelf waiting for pickup or where it is in the hold queue.

  • Detailed Book View

    See book details and picture of the cover when available.
